Biographical / Historical

Swartz Methodist Church (Swartz, La.) was established in 1928. In 1964, the Louisiana Conference of the Methodist Church (South Central Jurisdiction) formally declared the church discontinued, though the conference’s board of trustees reported the church had already been “discontinued for many years.”
