Biographical / Historical
Jones Methodist Church (Jones, La.) appears to have been organized in the 1890s. Along with other nearby congregations, it was part of the Bonita Charge in the Monroe District. In 1971, the Louisiana Conference of the United Methodist Church declared Jones discontinued and abandoned.
