Biographical / Historical
Ruston Methodist Episcopal Church South (Ruston, La.) was organized in 1884. The church acquired land at the northwest corner of Alabama Avenue and Trenton Street in 1885 and constructed their first building. A new brick church was built circa 1904. This congregation is a predecessor of Trinity United Methodist Church (Ruston, La.).
