This collection documents the activities of Mount Zion United Methodist Church (Calhoun, La.). The collection includes membership records, charge conference records, administrative records, committee records, financial records, church bulletins, newspaper clippings, certificates, newsletters, photographs, and scrapbooks.

The two scrapbooks have largely been disassembled due to preservation concerns; they now only contain newspaper clippings. Items removed from the scrapbooks include administrative records, bulletins, newsletters, and photographs.
