Mount Zion United Methodist Church (Calhoun, La.) is located at 1010 United States Highway 80, Calhoun, Louisiana.

Mount Zion UMC traces its origin to the founding of Calhoun Methodist Episcopal Church South (Calhoun, La.) in 1886. In the late-1980s, this congregation – then named Calhoun United Methodist Church – decided to relocate and build a new church building approximately two miles east. In 1992, the congregation renamed itself Mount Zion UMC and moved into their newly-constructed church building located at 1010 United States Highway 80, Calhoun, Louisiana.

Mount Zion United Methodist Church disaffiliated from the United Methodist Church in May 2023.
