Quitman United Methodist Church was located 146 Brooks Chapel Road, Quitman, Louisiana.
This congregation originated around 1910 as the Quitman Methodist Episcopal Church within the Gulf Conference. Around 1925, the congregation constructed a new church building. This was replaced by a new church building in July 1976.
Quitman United Methodist Church disaffiliated in May 2023.
