Biographical / Historical

Waller Edward Boggs (1859-1917) was a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church South. In 1902, he transferred from the North Texas Conference to the Louisiana Conference and was appointed to serve First Methodist Episcopal Church South (Shreveport, La.). In 1907, he transferred from the Louisiana Conference to the Northwest Texas Conference.
