Biographical / Historical

James Robert Woodward (1927-2003) attended Centenary College of Louisiana and graduated in 1949. In 1949, he became a supply pastor in the Louisiana Conference of the Methodist Church (South Central Jurisdiction). He served churches in the Louisiana Conference as well as the Texas Conference. In 1993, he retired from the Louisiana Conference of the United Methodist Church. In retirement, he served churches in Cecil County, Maryland in the Delaware-Peninsula Conference.
