Biographical / Historical

Otto Stanley Varnado (1890-1960) graduated from Louisiana College (Pineville, La.) and Louisiana State University. He served as a school principal and mayor of Osyka, Mississippi. Varnado married Lucy Lea Wall Varnado (1905-1993); they had one daughter.
