This collection documents the activities of Evangeline United Methodist Church (Baton Rouge, La.) as
well as its three predecessor congregations: Istrouma United Methodist Church, North Baton Rouge
United Methodist Church, and Winbourne United Methodist Church.
The Evangeline UMC material consists of membership records, property records, as well as a file about
the church originally maintained by the Baton Rouge District Office. The Istrouma UMC material
consists of membership records and historical records. The North Baton Rouge UMC material consists
of membership records and property records. The Winbourne UMC material consists of membership
records, bulletins, and photographs.
