Letters to Norma primarily relate to family topics and are from her Aunt Delma as well as Rev. Dana Dawson. Letters to Norma’s mother, Mabel Stewart, discuss topics related to the Women’s Society of Christian Service and First United Methodist Church of Shreveport. Also included is a April 8, 1950, letter from Rev. Dana Dawson that includes photographs depicting bishops (1784-1948) of the Methodist Episcopal Church and Methodist Church.
