Kelly Methodist Protestant Church (Kelly, La.): members 1902-1904, baptisms 1903. Sardis Methodist Protestant Church (Caldwell Parish, La.): members 1902-1908, baptisms 1906. Olla Methodist Protestant Church (Olla, La.): members 1903. Mount Pleasant Methodist Protestant Church (Caldwell Parish, La.): members 1912. Rosefield Methodist Protestant Church (Rosefield, La.): members circa 1901. Also included is “The Founding and Establishment of Methodist Churches in Caldwell Parish As Far As Is Now Known” written by James Newton Warner.
