The book primarily documents financial transactions dated 1902 to 1904 by account (for example: employees, students, alumni cottage fund, Carré Ministerial aid fund, college and commercial department tuition, donations, dormitory fees, endowment, laboratory fees, library fees, scholarships, and typewriter rentals). Transactions contain page number notations referencing entries in separate volume Cashbook (1902-1906).
